Hey.  Wow has time gotten away from me.  I now have 3 kids!  It is a joy but sure makes life crazy.  Kaylee joined brother Ramsey 4 and sister Alexandrea 20months, Dec 28.  We have a website that will show off pics of the family: rdgarner79.spaces.live.com feel free to check it out and leave comments!  I love reading how others are doing even though I don't get on often.  We are living in Streator, IL going on two years now.  I have the joy of staying at home and my husband, Ryan, is a pastor.  Life is full and passing quickly. I hope all is going well.

Hey all!!

Hi all, sounds like you all had a great time at the reunion, sorry I couldn't make it but I wasn't able to make it due to prior plans.  In August I moved to Indiana and currently living in Indianapolis, hoping to move farther south in Indiana next year. I almost moved to North Carolina but things didn't work out and I ended up here. I can't really say I miss Michigan much, we have yet to have snow here! (woo hoo!)  Kids are doing great Gabrielle is now in the 4th grade and doing great and my son Donavon was upset because here in Indiana you have to be 5 by Sept 1st and he turned 5 on Sept 11th. So he is having to wait another year before he gets to start school as he sees it. I think he just wants to ride the big yellow bus!! I still work in the medical field and love it! I do hope to go back to school and finish my degree for sign language interpertor, but that is going to have to wait another yr.  I can be reached via e-mail at candymclellan@yahoo.com.  Congrats to all of those who just had their babies, being a parent is the hardest but most rewarding job anyone could have.   Take care and hope everyone is doing great.

My husband Ken and I want to let everyone know that we had a beautiful baby boy, Landon Kenneth Galea, on September 26th.  He was 7 pounds 14 ounces and 21 inches long.  Both mom and baby are happy and healthy!  Motherhood is very cool.

I flew into Michigan the Thursday before the reunion, but was back out of town on Friday morning on a trip out east. Unfortunately, I had other plans scheduled for that weekend since back in January. Based on some people I spoke with and photos, it looked like everything turned out well.

Michele and I are still in metro-Phoenix. I've been at my current job for over a year and I'm now listed as a Senior Developer, which is a nice way of saying computer nerd. If you've ever seen the movie Office Space, my job resembles that. Fortunately, the money is good.

Bradley turns three in November and he has a new "sibling". We got a Boston Terrier puppy named Norman just about two weeks ago. Michele stays at home with the kid and canine. She's involved with the local MOMS Club and is wrapping up her CMU degree (business administration) over the internet via their distance learning program. She was going to transfer her credits to Arizona State, but would have lost almost a year of classes.

If anyone ever visits Phoenix, drop me a line.

Thank You, Thank You!!!!!!

  #
Hi Everyone!

I am SO HAPPY to hear that you all had a great time at the reunion. I saw some of the pictures...it was so nice to see my old classmates again :)

Nicki mentioned that everyone was already talking about the 15 year...with the way that time flies it will be here before we know it! I plan on keeping this website up so please check back and post often.

Most importantly, Eric and I want to thank everyone for the savings bond you put together for our baby Stefan! Brandy (White) Wambold sent it in a beautiful thank you card. I am very humbled by your generosity. I will make sure that Stefan knows what a cool thing you did for him! THANK YOU, THANK YOU, THANK YOU!

I was all set to attend the reunion. Friday morning I saw my doctor and he saw no sign of the baby coming anytime soon. In fact, we were scheduled to induce labor on Thursday, June 22nd. Friday evening we stopped at Dairy Queen in Fenton for a quick burger and while I was sitting at the outdoor table (thankfully) my water broke. One of the first things out of my mouth was "guess I'm not going to make it to the reunion!".

After 13 1/2 hours of labor, Stefan was born at 8:35 am. By 4:00 Saturday, we were moved into our overnight room. At 6:00 I thought of all of you and hoped the reunion was off to a good start. We brought Stefan home Sunday afternoon...it was quite a special Father's Day for Eric!

Now we're at home and finally starting to get a routine established. We haven't had much sleep and no time for much else that feedings and diaper changes, but it has been a complete joy!

HI from the Primeau's!!!

  #
Hello all! Lets see, Its been 10 years already? WOW! Well let's see, I have a 11 year old daughter (Taylor) and a 10 year old son (Ashtyn). I have been married to my soul mate (Robert Primeau) for 11 years this year in September. After high school, we moved to Davison and lived there for about 6 years. I attended Baker College for Clinical Social Work, While Bob was working for Owen Tree Service of Attica. Eventually we moved to Metamora where I got my real estate liscense and worked for John Burt Realty for about a year, Bob decided he wanted to work in construction. So 3 years later we bought our first home here in Vassar in a new sub called Canterbury Woods. *Love the house cant stand the neighbors*
Bob currently is a foremen of a Environmental Service Corporation ( yeah all that michigan tech education finally came in handy) As for me I work for SEIU local 517M, out of Flint. We are a Service employee union and I am currently a organizer and office manager. I get a lot of satisfaction out of my job (im such a liberal) and I am proud that I am a part of something that is important. Along with my job we are always traveling all over the USA and meeting all sorts of people. Its interesting to say the least! We are organizing a company right here in Vassar, which is great, it means no more hotel rooms for me for a little while! Ill be off to Lansing for 9 months at the end of September, so I am trying to enjoy my house and family while I have the chance. So if you know anyone who works in Headstarts, or Mental health that wants to be organized call me 517-281-6138
We just adopted 2, 2 month old black labs, Bear and Yasmin and they are a handful! And here I thought kids were a lot of work!
So anyone that would like to get ahold of me my email is lprimeau@seiu517m.org or my yahoo ID is (LOL) i_sold_my_kids_on_ebay  (its supposed to be funny people laugh!!) Hope to hear from you all, and God bless.

Hello!

  #

Hi everybody!  After I graduated from Michigan Tech in 2000, I moved to Fort Collins, CO.  I am a chemical engineer for Kodak, and our division manufactures x-ray film and color photo paper.  With everything going digital, I will eventually be looking for a job, but for now things are ok.  I have also been going to Colorado State University part-time to get my master's degree and hope to graduate by next spring.  Since living in Colorado, I have taken up mountaineering, rock climbing, biking, and stuff like that in addition to skiing.  I finished climbing all 55 of Colorado's highest 14,000+ ft. peaks last fall.  I think the biggest news that I have is that I am getting married in July!  My fiance, Abbey, is originally from Denver and is a resource/moderate needs special ed teacher at an elementary school in Loveland.  I proposed to Abbey last summer at a concert at Red Rocks.  Abbey likes music and the outdoors too.  Some of our fun trips have included hiking the Grand Canyon, backpacking in the redwoods of Northern California, and whale watching in Boston.  It's cool seeing what everyone's been up to over the past ten years.  Thanks again Andrea for putting the website together and organizing everything!

Looking forward to the reunion, I really can't believe it's been 10 years allready.  I'm sure we're all going to be saying that.  I'm actually still living in Lapeer, will probably be here for the rest of my life.  It's interesting to see and hear from all of the people on this list.  It will be interesting for the reunion.  I recently got married to a wonderful man named Fred in June of 2005.  We are living in Lapeer.  No kids yet but someday.  Looking forward to seeing and hearing from all of you.

Hello Everyone!

  #

I'm finishing up my degree for Physical Therapy Assistant to add to my Massage Therapist Certificate and then after I settle into that job I plan on going back to get a nursing or Occupational Therapy Degree. I am also raising my two babies Elise (6) and Ryan (2) with my big baby and their father Jason. We have moved all over the state and out of state with his job but we are currently settled in the north in a little tiny city called TAWAS. I hope to move back to Midland when I am finished with my PTA degree because that is home to me we lived there for nearly 3 years before moving here and I got spoiled there and would like to move back (hoping Jason is reading this..haha). I don't frequent Lapeer as much as I used to only on holiday's to visit family but that won't last long because they are migrating this way. I don't really talk to anyone from HS anymore I used to be attached at the hip with Marian but since I started school we lost touch and my best friends Gabe and Justin moved to AZ. after I had my daughter. So if anyone sees those VARGOS tell them they need to email me ASAP!!

Everyone is invited to come see my daughter and I in the local theater production of the Wizard of Oz the first two weekends in MAY. Tawas has one thing going for it and that is there are a lot of talented people here! This is my third play with the group and I love it!

I found some classmates on myspace.com and I sent them the info to get to this site. Hopefully, they log on. Rich Penny, Kelli Keeter, Dale Smith

I am not sure if I am posting this correctly but oh, well.  I can't even believe that it has been 10 years, I really don't have much to share except that I have 2 daughters one is 8 and the other is 2.  I am currently Married to their father, but we are in process of separation(better off friends) but, I just can't believe it all went by so fast, I just started Davenport University in January 2005 do to the loss of my job, the company lost its major customer to Mexico, so we were given the option to go to school.  I am an Accounting Major, and love it.  I am currently seeking work,  not too much out there right now for me.  I am so happy to see how well everyone is doing, and that they have stayed very busy these past 10 years.  My brother just recently married to a class-mate of ours, her name is Kristi Boucher, now McCorry, she is great and I love her to death, I couldn't ask for a better sister in law, I sure hope that maybe someone can be sure she receives an invite, she is not on the list and she graduated through alternative.  Whoever may be in charge of the organizing or the invitations, please contact me esloan@centurytel.net

Thanks

Hello to all

  #
I hope everyone has had a great ten years. I graduated from Saginaw Valley State University in '01 with a degree in Occupational Therapy.  I  married Andy Brunk (class of '95).  We have been married for 5 years.  We moved down to North Carolina after we were married for a year.  The weather here in North Carolina is beautiful!  It was 70 degrees yesterday...IN FEBRUARY!  We just had a baby back in October!  Her name is Zoie and we love her more than anything.   I love being a therapist but I love being a Mom even more!  I now work part time so that I can spend more time being a Mommy!  My sister (Rachael Berry class of '95)  is married and had a baby.  His first birthday is the same date as the reunion.  They live in Houston, Tx so we're not sure if we will be able to make the reunion (maybe she'll have the party the previous or following weekend).    We miss our friends back in Michigan and hope to see ya'll in June.

I graduated from Davenport Univ. in 2000 with an assoiciates degree in medical office management. I married my wonderful husband, Jamie, in 2002.  We also moved to Tullahoma, Tennessee about 6 months after we were married.  It is a small town, where everyone knows everyone.  My husband is a mason.  I manage the front office for an ENT/Cosmetic doctor.  We don't have any children yet, but two dogs that are spoiled rotten.

A little about me.....

  #
Most of you may know that I joined the United States Navy 2 months after graduation and that is what I'm still doing and will more than likely, retire from the World's Finest Navy!

I enlisted as a Hospital Corpsman (or medic..makes it easier to envision) and rose through the ranks from a Hospitalman Recruit (E-1) to my recently aquired rank of Hospital Corpsman First Class (HM1 or E-6).  I was promoted to HM1 in December 2005 and what a GREAT Christmas present that was.

I have done many duties or "jobs" over the last 10 years from working on a medical / surgical ward, serving as a Field Medical Corpsman with the Marine Corps, to my current duty, as a Command Career Counselor at the President's Hosital (National Naval Medical Center, Bethesda, MD), in which, I assist all of the junior and senior Sailor's with their careers.

I would have to say, the best time that I have had so far is the 4 years that I spent with Marine Corps.  I was stationed in Kaneohe Bay, Hawaii with Marine Heavy Heliocopter Squadron 363 (HMH-363).  I made some great friends and traveled almost all of the Pacific with them.  We went to Japan, Malaysia, the Philipine Islands and Thailand to name a few.

But enough about me.  I'm so very interested in seeing what everyone else has done and how everyone else is doing.  Congratulations ahead of time to Andrea!  I still hope you can make it to the reunion after your delivery.  Someday I hope to have a few rug rats running around, but I'm quite content at being single these days and most people don't enjoy the life of the miliary and all the moves that is entailed :)

Please feel free to shoot me a line or give me a shout.

Hi there!

  #

Well, where to begin...

I'm currently back living in Lapeer, after a botched engagement that had me out in Flint.  It wasn't all bad though.  I have an adorable son named Andrew (age 2), who, unfortunately, I only get to see every other weekend.  I am married now and have two wonderful step-daughters (although I consider them full-fledged daughters) , Samantha (age 13)and Tabitha (age 11) and a caring wife named JoAnn.  Andrew gets along with them all, and we're quite the happy family.

It's nice being back in my hometown.  Some things have changed; some things have not changed.  I work at Bank One as a teller, which is a decent job, but some days it's rough.

Um... can't think of anything else right now... I've always been better at answering questions than just telling a tale.

Hope to hear from you!

Chris
